A captivating Pale Ale that pays homage to New Mexico. Zappa hops, being one of the few Neo Mexicanus hops in larger production, brings a unique and exciting element. Zappa introduces intriguing notes of tropical fruit, pine, and even hints of mint and black pepper. We balanced with Cascade hops’ floral, citrus, and slight spice. With a solid malt backbone and an ABV of 5.05!

It has a peppy American kick with notes of nettle and a bit of lemon balm. This is a highly drinkable table beer meant for hop heads.
