Munich and Pilsner malts lay the groundwork for a smooth, balanced brew, while Caramunich and Chocolate Malt add a subtle sweetness and dark, earthy tones reminiscent of the high desert landscape. Notes of honey and biscuit provide warmth, like the sun dipping behind the Sandia Mountains.
This year’s hop profile features German Magnum for a gentle spice and Saphir to elevate the aroma with a noble elegance.
