Experience the allure of Agent Orange, our latest masterpiece that marries the essence of a Hazy DIPA with the vibrant spirit of a beer-mosa. This extraordinary brew begins with a base of a silky, full-bodied Hazy IPA, meticulously crafted using a trio of exceptional hops—Zappa, Zamba, and Trident. The true hero, Zamba, infuses the brew with a luscious, orange-forward character, delivering a whisper of bitterness that speaks volumes of its superior quality.
Our brewers embarked on a labor of love, zesting and juicing an entire case of oranges by hand. The zest luxuriated in the whirlpool, while the fresh juice was added at knockout. The fermentation process, enriched with champagne and Daybreak yeast, imparts a juicy yet delightfully dry finish, further elevated by the inclusion of steam-distilled Bravo extract.
To crown this creation, we dry-hopped exclusively with Zamba, resulting in a succulent IPA that stands as our most indulgent brew to date. As a final touch, an additional case of oranges was juiced, and 10 gallons of fresh orange juice were added to the receiving service vessel, embracing the citrus theme in its entirety.
