Styrian Wolf, Styrian Dragon, Citra, and Cashmere convey abundant hoppiness over a silky smooth malt base in our house hazy IPA. Restrained bitterness does not interfere with the juicy goodness. Brewed with two-row, dextrin and acidulated malts, rolled oats, and raw wheat, and fermented with an English yeast strain, the esters and hop aromas put on a show.
