This gem of a Pilsner is made in the Italian style, super dry, super bubbly, and supremely hoppy. Crystal and Grungeist hops were added with reckless abandon in the kettle and again for a dry hop. Citrus and herbal notes complement a dry and elegant malt profile making for a beautiful, refreshing pilsner.
