The ancient city of Plzen in what was once Czechoslovakia codified Czech Pilsners back in the 1840’s when its citizens, brewers and maltsters formed a famed brewer’s guild. Pivo 12° (translation 12 degree beer) references the 12° Plato original gravity of this classic lager. A luminescent straw color with a touch of Saaz hops, our pivo is smooth and crisp with a clean malty palate.
