Rich in depths beyond our comprehension, this bullheaded blend of six European hop varieties and one single American strain create bold aromatics of candied ginger and pine resin that are as down to Earth as it gets. Our Evolutionary IPA series is full of vibrant characters, but the Taurisian Mindset is a little more laid back.
