Hemisphere Hopper ESB

Our latest collaboration brew is inspired by the Extra Special Bitter style, but uses southern hemisphere hops exclusively. Hemisphere Hopper is made with Maris Otter malted barley from England, and fermented with a British yeast strain. The kettle hops are Kohatu & Dr. Rudi from New Zealand along with Topaz from Australia. We then dry hopped with Kohatu and Topaz for aromatics. Balanced, rich complex flavor and aroma, from Second Street & Turtle Mountain.
