We’re going back, way back. Before NEIPAs, before Hazys, before Juicys … softer, more citrusy IPAs brewed with wheat or oats were often called White IPAs. With summertime temperatures currently setting new global records daily, weekly & monthly, we pined for summers past, for a parasol, and specifically for Parasol WIPA. Leading with a floral and citrus aroma and finishing with a soft sweetness, it’s the kind of beer that will keep you shaded and not let you get burnt.

A captivating Pale Ale that pays homage to the New Mexico brewing scene, highlighting regional flavors, showcasing local hops from La Capilla Hops Farm: 25 lbs of fresh locally-grown Chinook hop cones, Zappa Neo Mexicanus hop for tropical fruit and hints of mint and black pepper, with Columbus for bitterness and Cascade for classic floral, citrus notes.

Every year, breweries seem to release their Oktoberfest brews earlier and earlier. We simply cannot wait until September. (Yes, September. The Oktoberfest in Munich always begins in September) We at Turtle Mountain have historically shown some restraint. We’ve never released an Oktürtlefest in July like some breweries.
But we’re jonesin’ & keepin’ up with the Joneses. AugTürtleFest is breaking the calendar.
