Old Oḳú is a carefully orchestrated blend of high enzyme malt, red malt, and Munich malt, a harmonious marriage that imparts a balanced and sumptuous character. With a nod to our roots, Old Oḳú is hopped with Northern Brewer for a sturdy bitterness, and Cascade for a finish that whispers of the old days.
