If you enjoy bracingly sour beers then you’re in luck! Our brew crew took half of a batch of our black currant black lager, “After Midnight”, and dosed it with lactic acid. This beer base is a black lager which is dark in color but without the flavor intensity of stouts and porters. Add to it the deliciously complex flavor of currant berries and a bold tartness from lactic acid and you have a pucker-worthy pint!
