All Peached Up
OG 1.053 / IBU 57 / ABV 5.6
A fun, hazy twist on the classic American pale ale. We brewed this pale with a strong wheat backbone, lending to a softer pallet, hazier finish, and more full-bodied mouth feel. Then we picked a few of our favorite hops to add to the boil: Citra, Eldorado, and Amarillo. We feel that these hops really play forward a fantastic citrus, stone fruit, and tropical flavors which pair with the nearly ninety pounds of peach puree added at the end of fermentation. The end result is an amazingly satisfying pale ale with fantastic stone fruit flavors and satisfying finish.
