Paying homage to the past while embracing the innovations of the present, Old Oḳú embodies the spirit of our journey of 25 years marked by passion, precision, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Old Oḳú is a carefully orchestrated blend of high enzyme malt, red malt, and Munich malt, a harmonious marriage that imparts a balanced and sumptuous character. It’s a testament to the evolution of our craft, where tradition meets the artistry of the contemporary brewer. With a nod to our roots, Old Oḳú is hopped with Northern Brewer for a sturdy bitterness, and Cascade for a finish that whispers of the old days. But we’re jonesin’ & keepin’ up with the Joneses. AugTürtleFest is breaking the calendar.
