Snake Driver Irish Stout 2016

OG 1.055 / IBU 30 / ABV 5.6
Irish stouts, also known as dry stouts, tend to finish fermentation with less residual sugar resulting in a pleasantly dryer palate than other stouts. They typically present with slightly more hop bitterness as well. Snake Driver stays true to this time-honored style. Aromas of dark chocolate and roast prevail, followed by similar notes on the tongue. The off-dry finish leaves you with a bittersweet longing, a reminiscence on flavors past. Raise your glass once again. Toast and drink deeply.
The name, Snake Driver, is an obvious nod to St. Patrick. On his feast day, March 17th, we also give a nod to the most famous of Irish stouts by releasing a few kegs of nitrogenated Snake Driver! Nitro tap gives beer a beautifully creamy mouthfeel, a sumptuously thick head, and that mesmerizing cascade. Come enjoy a pint while supplies last. It promises to be one for the world record books (specific world record books to remain nameless).
