We’re going back, way back. Before NEIPAs, before Hazys, before Juicys … softer, more citrusy IPAs brewed with wheat or oats were often called White IPAs. With summertime temperatures currently setting new global records daily, weekly & monthly, we pined for summers past, for a parasol, and specifically for Parasol WIPA. Leading with a floral and citrus aroma and finishing with a soft sweetness, it’s the kind of beer that will keep you shaded and not let you get burnt.
