Inspired by the profound darkness of the Cosmic Campground, the first International Dark Sky Sanctuary in North America, this Black IPA reflects the brilliance of the night sky against the depth of the Gila Wilderness. Just as the stars pierce the darkness, our brew showcases a rich foundation of dark malts, complemented by the glow of its hop profile.

This year, we’ve added wheat and crystal wheat to enhance the body, bringing a smoothness to the brew that mimics the silence and stillness of the forest under a canopy of stars. Our dry-hop blend—Eureka, Amarillo, Mosaic, and Cascade—creates an array of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit notes, a burst of light within the dark, much like the brilliance of the stars in a sky unpolluted by human hands.

More than just a beer, Cosmic Campground is a tribute to the history and preservation of New Mexico’s natural beauty. This year, we’re donating $1 from every pint sold to the Coronado Historic Site, connecting the past with the present. In 1540, Coronado and his men encountered the Tiwa people—who had lived and thrived in this region for thousands of years. While Coronado’s quest for treasure was futile, his survival was made possible by the Pueblo people, a story of resilience, survival, and shared history.
