Our brewer got his hands on some exciting hops for this IPA and it’ll knock you off course. A large percentage of the bitterness came from the fifty pounds of Azacca whole leaf hops added to the wort at the end of the boil. All the color comes from the melanoidin rich flavors of Munich malt. Then, after fermentation had subsided, Mosaic hops were used to dryhop this beer. The result is an astounding assault on your senses. Citrus and tropical fruits abound with a solid backer of “dankyness” to boot.
