Night at the Roggenbury

This is our next exciting COLLABORATION BEER! We whipped this Roggenbier style ale with Nexus Brewery here in house. A majority of the grain bill was comprised of malted wheat and rye. Traditionally this beer has a slightly more “weisen” characteristic to it but we wanted to keep the banana and clove flavors somewhat subdued. Ripe banana in the nose will tie it all back though. Easy drinking and slightly hazy, this beer is perfect for patio drinking. Please don’t yell, “EMILIO!” at our servers though.
