Manneken Pale Ale
OG 1.050 / IBU 27 / ABV 5.8
Named for the über-famous statue Manneken Pis found in Brussels, we thoroughly enjoy this light hearted Belgian style Pale Ale. Right up front, the distinctive Belgian spiciness can be found thanks to our Belgian yeast strain. Up next on the palate is a slightly biscuity flavor balanced with fruity esters, again generated from the yeast. To compliment the rich malt profile we used Crystal hops which offer a delicate herbal spiciness and slight citrus aroma.
