Gose With The Flow

Pronounced “go-suh”, the Gose is a unique style heralding from Leipzig, Germany. Historically, the water available to the brewers in Leipzig was slightly brackish and left a salty flavor in their beers. Gose is brewed with 50% malted wheat, coriander added during boil, and has a very mild hop bitterness. Additionally, the style leans somewhat tart. Our Gose also has a playful twist of pineapple flavor, which was added after fermentation subsided. Overall, this beer offers an uncommon experience worthy of sitting on a patio and having a couple more.
