For the bees is an American style lemongrass honey wheat. Notes of lemon, light biscuit, and tropical fruit play in the aroma. Its flavor is heavy on wheat and honey with a nice mild breadiness on the back of the pallet. All in all a very well balanced beer. 4 pounds of lemongrass and 80 pounds of locally sourced honey were used.
