Our second chapter in the TMBC throwback series is the ever-favorite Arsenal Porter. Our brewers stuck to the old recipe with this one: Plenty of caramel and chocolate malts, complimented by brown sugar in the boil. A mix of American and English hops juxtapose the malt sweetness and what you get is a dark pint filled with roasty aroma, forward bitterness, and a solid dry finish. Thusly named for Arsenal Football Club, a favorite among some of our… more “proper” employees from the other side of the pond. Cheers!
