- Our chefs are taking their famous Paddy’s Day offerings to even grander heights this year! Of course Turtle Mountain’s wildly popular house-brined Corned Beef & Cabbage will be flying out of the kitchen. Shine’s slow-roasted lamb Shepherd’s Pie makes a triumphant return. And, as Saint Patrick’s Feast falls on a Lenten Friday this year, we’re featuring Jameson & Honey-Glazed Salmon!
